Brown Sugar Shipping Policy

We know how important it is to receive your products in the finest condition, and on time. Products purchased from Brown Sugar can be delivered worldwide. The products will be shipped to the address specified by you during the order processing stage. The time of delivery and the shipping cost depend upon the product purchased and the delivery address.

* We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses 

Orders within India

Express Service (4-5 Days) 

Pre-paid orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be processed the next business day. Every order is subject to review. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.

* State entry taxes are charged extra to your final bill amount based on the policy of the state.

* COD (Cash on Delivery) is available pan India. COD orders may take 7-8 days for delivery. 

* Very few State Governing bodies have discontinued COD (Cash on Delivery) in certain territories, and hence we won't be able to process COD orders for such territories. We will inform you as and when the Courier partner informs us.
